• “Returning families” are defined as families enrolled in the BGCRRV 2023-2024 School Year and/or BGCRRV 2024 summer program

• “New families” are defined as families that have never enrolled in the BGCRRV program, or were enrolled prior to the BGCRRV 2023-2024 school year

School Year 2024 – 2025 Hours

Mornings 6:45 a.m. until school starts Monday through Friday

After school until 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday

On specific days when there is no school, our Boys & Girls Clubs Midtown and Rose Creek Youth Centers offer all-day programming from 6:45 am to 6:00 pm. However, youth are not automatically scheduled for these days. Parents will receive scheduling information one month prior to these non-school days, and they must take action to schedule their child(ren). Scheduling on these days is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until each site reaches capacity. In addition, on non-school days, parents are required to pack a lunch for their child(ren). BGCRRV will provide breakfast, afternoon snack, and milk.

Flexible Scheduling

BGCRRV provides flexible scheduling where families only pay for the days their child(ren) are scheduled. This schedule may be changed from week to week, however, all schedule changes will require a three business-day notice.

School Year 2024 – 2025 Rates

In addition to the following rates, a $20 registration fee per family applies.

• Morning 6:45 a.m. until school starts: $9.00/day

• After school until 6 p.m.: $16.00/day

• Non-school day/All-day Program: $38.50/day

• Unscheduled or Drop-In services: $50.00/day

We are pleased to announce that we will be offering our before and after-school programming at Clara Barton Elementary School with the start of the 2024-2025 school year.

What does this mean for Clara Barton/Hawthorne families? If your child is in grades K – 2, you will be able to register for our programming at Hawthorne Elementary School. If your child is in grades 3 – 5, you will be able to register at Clara Barton Elementary School.

Fargo Parks 2024 Summer Activities

In partnership with Fargo Parks, parents may enroll their child(ren) in the following activities at the same time they register for our summer program. BGCRRV will provide transportation from our sites to and from the designated activity. Please note, there is an additional cost for these activities and space is limited.

The CLUB Teen Center Registration Information

The CLUB Teen Center programs are designed specifically for grades 6 – 12 and provide meaningful experiences today, so teens are ready to chase their dreams tomorrow.

Membership in The Club is only $10 per teen and extends annually from June 1 – May 31.
